Hi, all.
I have a friend who had mentioned a sci-fi show in the 1990s (potentially very early 2000s). There was something about a space colonization that had either gone wrong or they were trying to accomplish a colonization of some sort and one of the characters on the show was a man with a metal or robotic arm.
Any ideas?
