1992 Buick Cruise Control works intermittent?

When I have the cruise control on and make a right hand turn it get's knocked off. Sometimes if I hit a bump in the road it will happen also. I can reset it and it's fine. Never does this with left hand turns. This can happen at any speed. Any idea what I might look for?
Dosen't make a difference if I tap around the crusie control switch or use the turn signal. I mean it dosen't kick out when i mess with it inside the car.
How do I trace the wiring? Do I have to pull the steering wheel?
 
You probably have a bad spot on one of the wires of the cruise control switch. but it wouldn't hurt to check all the vacuum lines as well.
 
Check you throttle positioning sensor it could be loose or you could have a pinch wire some wear trace all the wiring under the hood and in the steering column as well.
