fuses and relays are good have a strong? spark and car cranks fine checked main relay and is good
 
the voltage to the fuel pump?
did you check the wires at the tank? the wire to the fuel pump ONLY has voltage in the starting mode, when engine is turning with the starter motor going,
recheck the positive on the fuel pump this way, if you have voltage, then you have a bad fuel pump, especially if it is the original,
also, spray engine start fluid in the air ports while starting, if the motor runs on this, yes it is a fuel problem
