1995 Nissan 240sx Performance Parts?

Ok I have a 1995 Nissan 240sx base model with about 105k miles. I was looking online for headers and an intake and was wondering how ebay parts stack up. I understand you get what you pay for but im not going to drag race or street race im just looking for a little more pep. Here are the two that im looking at

I also know that most filters are horrible on ebay so that would be replace. If these arent worth it could you please tell me some places to look at for these parts. Thanks
Also the parts wont have a name on them their on ebay so im sure they are knock offs. Also if anyone knows where i can aftermarket parts for cheap please do tell
 
i didnt see anything bout who made the headers. i'm not sure if you will get a quality product, i mean 50 bucks sounds pretty cheapfor headers that are polished like those. u should see what big guys offer like jegs,edelbrock etc. and see how much theirs cost.
