1997 Honda XR100R is smoking?

Bike constantly smokes blue smoke.When I bought it,it was bone dry on oil.So I went out and bought some 5W30 oil and put in her.She don't seem to be burning the oil but she just smokes a lot.I am wondering if it's the rings getting bad or the seals.Anyone know whats wrong?
 
Yep, I got an old Kawasaki four wheeler that does the same thing. It needs rings and bored out and a valve job. Then it will be as good as new.
