Yesterday I drove to a friends house and when I got out of the car and shut the door the car chirped about 6 times. I had never heard that before. When I got back in the car as soon as I shut the door again the alarm started going off. I along with friends tried everything to get it to turn off, key in ignition, key in door, keyless remote.... Nothing worked, and the car wouldn't start, we had to disconnect the battery in order to turn the alarm off. My friends husband spent hours trying to figure out what was wrong, but he was mostly messing with the fuses and battery. We eventually found the kill button for the alarm, and then I could start the car. I pulled away from the house and realized that my speedometer, gas gauge, rpm gauge, and temp gauge wasn't working. Checked all the fuses and one was missing, I replaced the fuse which fixed the dash, but my alarm will not work at all, and it won't respond to the keyless remote. Any ideas????
