1998+ honda prelude overmilage....good deal?

Personally, i haven't driven it yet, but a friend of a friend told me about it. Its either a 98-01 i'm not sure. The body of the car is clean, Its been sheltered in garage. A lady drives it. He told me he'll sell it to me for $3000. Maintainance always been up to date. If i do buy it how much longer would I expect it to last?
200,000 miles on the original engine. I may add that the car is completely stock.
 
I know hondas last long but dam this car beatin badly. Thats a whole lot of miles for the year of the car. In my opinion $3000 is way to much. I wouldnt buy this car for more then $2000. Only thing i can tell u is if u trust the people ur buying the car from then go ahead and buy it.
