I have a 1999 dodge neon and i am having a problem with the control knob for the vent selection. They all seem to be off by one setting. For example when it is on defrost it is on the setting right before it which is defrost and floor. However if you try to put it on vent which is the first selection you can't turn it to that setting. So when you get to what should be the floor only setting you get the vents but can not turn the knob any further. Any ideas as to what is wrong and also how do I fix it because it is getting to be very annoying.
