2 weeks, no help, cannot verify att email?

When clicking the "verify" link in the email received, it styill goes to a yahoo page that tells me there is a 5110 error. I have tried calling, posting, chat, answers... no help, still a problem for both husband and I. Yes, we have cleared the cahcem the cookies, and rebooted the computer. We both get the same error page. My questions about it earlier has been removed. I am posting again.
