2000 chrysler 300m 4 disk cd changer won't work! Anyone know how to fix it?

I have 2 cd's stuck in there and when I try to play them it says Err. and the light just keeps on blinking! I checked the manual but it didn't help at all! Anyone know how to fix it or somehow reset it??
