I have been having my expansion tank on my car overflowing and draining my coolant out of my car for awhile now. I changed the cap and the tank still overflows. The car never gets hot it stays in it's normal temp range just overflows when it is driven but not every time it's driven. Could it be the expansion tank or a head gasket? As far as I can tell it only leaks out of the cap.
