The windshield washer will not work on my 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder GTS. I removed the pump and tested it on a power supply and it worked fine. When I took a voltmeter to the cable that attaches to the pump on the car itself, it read that there was no voltage. I have checked several fuses but none seem broken and I am not sure which one is the correct one. All other electronics on that wire harness work, too: the fog lamps, headlight, and everything else work fine, just the windshield washer pump is not working. When I flip the switch in the car, the wipers swing, but the pump does not work.
