Ok, so here's how this WHOLE story goes 
So for a while my car has had some minor electrical, difficulties, I think I knew what was causing the problems and it's getting fixed. But when we weren't sure my dad and I took out the alternator because the battery wasn't getting a charge, and we had it tested and it was good, it ended up being a loos screw on the under hood junction/fuse box that sits right on top of the battery. But after we put the alternator back on the turbo wouldn't engage and the ABS light and the ESP light came one while the emergency brake light flashed.
