My car steering wheel shakes when I accelerate and brake. I had new brakes two years ago and recently had the tie rod and ball bearing replaced. The steering wheel now shakes and when i brake its a pulsation feeling the occurs. This pulsation also happens when i reach a certain speed. I was told by someone that it could be my rotors. Anyone have a idea if this could be it?
