2008 Lexus IS250 not starting?!?!?!?!?

My Lexus IS250 is not starting. I push the start button and the car starts and immediately shuts off or the starter just keeps going and doesn't start. I have this problem since late October and it was taken to the Lexus Dealership and they told me it was nothing, can anyone help.

4 hours waiting at the Lexus service department today and they say the car is fine. The car did the same crap on Christmas Eve and it was 2am and I was on country roads.
 
Well its obviously something. Go back to the dealer and demand they fix the problem and if they tell you the same thing go to someone higher up. With dealers you really need to be assertive to get the job done.
 
Hmm... what'd that car set you back? About 40,000 right? I'm sure you can afford a good mechanic instead of asking about your Lexus on yahoo answers...
