326g bluetooth just fine for the phone. But I cannot use the bluetooth for the MP3...

...player? I know bluetooth is working on my Moto 326g because I use it for the phone. There is an option to use bluetooth for music but when I try to select that option I get a message 'UNABLE TO CONNECT'? the bluetooth device is turned on and working.
