360 slim or PS3 slim?

Since the E3 conference, i've been really hesitating or which console I should purchase. The 360 has 3rd party support, good exclusives, Kinect and a large number of users online. The PS3 however has great exclusives, a Blu-Ray player and free online services. I also have a friend who wants an 360 but has a PS3.

Please help: this is critical :)
