i have 51 plate ford transit which cuts out every so often whilst driving but now it fires up but as soon as you put foot on gas it cuts out ..i had diagnostic checker on it and it came back with can communication bus error please could anybody tell me what this is and how to go about fixing it or any other reasons why the van is doing this ..many thanks. And serious answers only please im stressed out enough with it
