95 Honda Accord Maintainance lights on?

My Accord has had this problem since i got it about a year ago where the Check Engine light and SRS light have both been on constantly. Took it to a mechanic about 10 months ago and he reset it and looked through everything throughly and said he couldnt find anything but the lights still wouldnt go away. For the past 4 months my ABS light has come on too and stayed on. So im seeing me about to get in a wreck with my brakes failing and no airbags deploying and that would probably hurt a little.....

Any idea if this is just an electrical issue or something more?
