Del sol - D15 vtec w/ intake, exhaust up to headers, and chipped
integra - intake, cat back- plus headers.
civic - intake, full exhaust, chipped, (stage 2 clutch and short shifter not that it matters)

ALL 5 spd which is better? which is faster? which is more reliable

All are getting old enough that it would be unrealistic to expect any of them to be reliable.

All are getting old enough that you don'd want to push them very hard. All will do 65 MPH, the maximum legal speed limit.
