My car is currently at another location.. however from what the bf was describing to me he said the car doesn't move when its in drive or reverse. He said when it puts in reverse, the lights don't even come on. He checked the trans oil, its fine.
The car rev's.. so this would not be an engine problem correct? Should be a transmission problem?
Would it be a "linkage" ? I know trying to diagnose a car problem over the internet is hard, just looking to see what else could be the problem and what to look for..
Walmart technicians wont put it on a hoist to help. (He went to get snow tires and he said when it was driving there it was fine.. but then once he came back out of walmart and turned the car on.. this happened)
PS my check engine light has always been on. My mechanic said it was a sensor.
