...full on when it comes on? I replaced the digital control that was defective(no digital display), and now the a/c compressor won't kick in. I local mechanic got it to kick in by shorting out a unit by the radiator to verify the a/c compressor was working but can't figure out the reason. Now this winter it has no heat coming thru vents and not sure why the blower stays full on or off.
