A little pain during sex, any suggestions what it could be?

When I just start to have sex with my boyfriend it hurts at first. We've been having sex for over a year, only with each other. He was a virgin when we started so it's not an std. I had sex with one other person before him but he also was a virgin. The pain started a few months ago and it's always in the same spot. I checked the area where it hurts and it looks fine. I do have problems getting really wet sometimes, but if that happens we usually use some sort of extra lubrication and the pain is still there. Has anyone else ever had this problem?
