a palmistry question about an L on my venus mound?

Ive had it since birth and ive always wondered what it was. its a capitol L on my venus mound about a half inch down from the second quarter of my life line. its about a quarter inch long and isnt a scare. any information would be appreciated, i am curious.
by the way, its on my left hand.
