The working principle of a d.c electric bell is that when the switch is pressed , a current flow through the electromagent and a magnetic fleid is produced to attract the hammer.

What i want to ask is that why the hammer can be attracted ? By Lenz Law, it shoud induce a magnetic field to repel when it experience a changing magetic field.

The idea here is to simply create a temporary magnet which will attract the bell hammer. just as any bar magnet would attract it. Lenz law is of no particular significance here. You could use it to analyze how the current flow is affected by the changing field it is creating, but that all has to do with the electromagnet not the bell hammer. Just like an iron nail is attracted to a bar magnet, the iron bell hammer is attracted to the electromagnet which is temporarily created with the current flow.
