okay so i might be getting this phone from t-mobile. the thing that attracts me the most is that they said they had ovi apps.
i'm not planning to pay for the data plan (so no internet)
would the ovi apps still work regardless (if i go on a computer and send them to my phone)? or do you need that data plan for the apps to work?
