A question for anyone who dislikes Christians and/or Christianity?

I am interested to know about some of your personal experiences with Christians. Times when they seemed hypocritical, offended you in some way, or turned you off to Christianity. I'm really looking for specific experiences you can tell me about, please.

After God explained His opposition to war to me I became outraged by quasi-Christians who continued to support it but then I slowly began to accept the reality of Jesus' teaching:

Matthew 22:14

14 “Yes, many people are invited. But only a few are chosen.”:(

I don't dislike Christians. I dislike some of the things that some Christians stand for, just as I'm sure they dislike some of my views. But, I can respect people having beliefs that are different than mine if they also respect my right to believe what I want.

Anyhow, the list would be really long so I'll just go with one example. When I was raped, a family member (who is a Christian) demanded to know all the explicit details to determine whether I was at fault because I "must have done something to encourage it".

It's not that I dislike Christians or Christianity, it's that I dislike their effect on society, our legal and educational systems.

I was a Christian and was appalled when a homosexual threw a pie at Anita Bryant, but then later I met many homosexuals and realized that they were just human beings and that being anti-homosexual was just another form of discrimination. I grew up believing in creation and that evolution was a lie, but when I objectively researched the facts, I found that creationism was a way to make profits at the expense of gullible believers while all the evidence firmly supported evolution. Given a choice of saying who is more despicable between creationists and drug lords, I'd have to choose creationists.

I dislike all religions equally. They are nothing but power grabs over the weak to eventually get money out of those weak people.

Okay, Here's how it is.

If you believe that jesus died on the cross for you, then you are saved.

If you don't, then God has to judge you personally.

I am afraid of the way Christians impose their views on others--like in the classroom or the bedroom. And I particularly dislike the way religions are pushed into politics and how they believe there can be no morality unless it's Christians morality....it creeps into all aspects, especially work for me
