A question for mechanics. Which car is more reliable. Infiniti FX35 or Lexus RX?

I currently own a Infiniti FX35 (2005) but am thinking of trading it for a 2005, 06,or 07 Lexus RX330 or 350. My warranty is about to wear out on the Infiniti next month and it is too expensive to buy another one. So, in your opinion, which is the most reliable car with the least problems.
