A riddle that took me a long time to answer but was so obvious!?

Four men were in a boat on the lake.The boat turns over,and all four men sink to the bottom of the lake,yet not a single man got wet! Why/How???

Anyway the answer is everyone was married
 
I think I'm right. You did say it was obvious. All of the men were married, therefore not single.

I like that though. :)
