a specific budget smartphone question?

Hello!
I want to upgrade my lame samsung e1120 to a smartphone.But I dont want something really fancy and expensive..so I am looking for a budget phone with good speaker for listening music and so that I'll be able to watch movies Is there a smartphone you can sujest to me?

if you are on contract, there are many phones you can get for free (in all operating systems)
these include:
Iphone 3s (old model now)
blackberry bold (among others/depends on carrier)
android phones (these include LG, HTC, Samsung and some others)
