Okay, so I work out around 3 to 4 times a week and I am in Volleyball, Winter League Volleyball, and I sprint in track. Most of the stuff I do is cardio and I still can't get rid of the fat around my love handles. It's not horrible, but it definitely makes it harder to wear some shirts.
I know tons of women and girls suffer from this and I just want to know if there is any workout or anything that will for sure help me at least tone them down.
