have arthritis in that thumb.? Before this happened i was bulking up but since the injury i have been lifting much lighter waits and doing more reps for ex: bench press 40kg 35 reps 10 sets. Any heavier i cant lift and if i do less reps i cant feel the burn. I just want to become toned and ripped and also i want to include cardio in my training.
