about Motorola defy mini?

Sir, i want to buy Motorola defy mini but it has only 600mhz processor so i am little bit cofused. i want a fast processing mobile. And someone says that it cannot be upgraded to ics in future. I already have a karbonn a1 android but its battery backup is 3rd class of two hr with net. Im totally sick with this phone. Hence i want such android phone with 800 mhz cpu,adobe flash support, good bttry bckup,hsdpa hsupa,reso-320*480 atleast, min screen 3.2 inch etc. My second option is galaxy y duos but if defy mini wont have any problem with speed n upgrade then i will got with that or u suggest me something else better. Please sir help me out my max budget is 12000.
