About Pneumonia and Not taking the Remainder of Meds?

I wanted to know if i stopped taking my antibiotic for pneumonia what is the likely hood of it spreading to the other lung and not getting better. I feel good after 3 days and i want to stop taking it. Will my infection reverse itself and make me sick again.

people who stop taking their antibiotics simply because it is working and they feel better are the primary cause of the breeding of resistant bacteria. Don't be a fool, take ALL of the medication prescribed as it is prescribed.
