Is it possible to web browse on a mobile phone without having an additional data plan, say on the LG dare or a similar phone (on Verizon Wireless)? I know, for example, with an iPod touch you can access wireless internet (im on a college campus so we have free wireless) without any sort of plan through apple, so is this possible on phones as well?
