Activate bluetooth on HP G26 laptop?

Hey Guys.

I have a HP G62 laptop (its pretty cool) and i cant instal my phones cd on to it so that sucks cus i want to put music and stuff on it, so i thought "hey bluetooth" so i looked, it is on my lap`top, but it isnt activated and i have no idea on how to activate it, PLEASE help :)

Go to the Blue Tooth and read the help file on how to synchronize the phone.
Download the lap tops user guide by model number from HP customer support website.
Check with the phone manufacturer to see if it is Blue Tooth capable and how to synchronize it to the lap top.
