advice on internet blogs and tips?

Hi I was hoping to start up an internet blog and am just asking if anyone has any good suggestions on sites.

I want it to be easy to use and feedback is a must as I really want people to be able to comment on my blog.

I don't want it to be to complicated but just a place where I can talk about the things going on in my life and my head lol.
