Okay. Don't laugh. I'm 21 years old, 5'8'' and roughly 265 pounds. I've been trying for a while to lose weight but, as it gets hard I usually give up. I have a treadmill, and an abcircle (which is a little too much for me to start on as of now [side pains after 4 minutes]). When I walk normal my feet do not bother me at all. But yet when I'm on the treadmill no matter WHAT shoes I'm wearing (have tried several different pairs of running shoes) or if I'm bare feet I always manage to get painful blisters so I have given up on that as well. As a smoker (on ANOTHER attempt to kick the habit) I am short of breath VERY quickly. I am slowly changing my eating habits and I just wanted to know if anyone knew of quick (10-20min) workouts that I could do a couple times a day that are slow paced, and don't require equipment?
