After relocating a dislocated shoulder, what do docs do to the damaged blood

vessels or nerves? How do they repair them? Can you just let them heal by themselves? Is it necessary for them to do operations (if it is how they repair them)? What happens if such operation is not done to the patient? Please be as detailed as you can.
 
a dislocated shoulder may break surface blood vessels but it doesn't do permanent damage anywhere. Once the dislocation is resolved all that is required is enough rest to allow the soreness to dissipate.
