After using Transcend 160 GB Portable Hard Disk, Amkette 2 GB Pen drive not being

Detected, Help? I was using 2 GB Amkette Flash Pen drive for my hp omnibook 600 notebook with window xp operating system. Since I installed and used Transcend 160 GB portable hard disk, my computer has stopped detecting the pen drive. I am using CE FC USB Hub, (4 outlets), made in China. There is only one USB port in my computer. Kindly Help. Thanks a lot.
