Air bubbles on iphone 4 screen ?

I have just removed my screen protector from my iphone 4 to replace it and the air bubbles that i thought were behind the screen protector appear to be on the screen of the phone, any idea how to shift them ?
 
I'd take that straight to Apple, if they don't sort it out, go to trading standards. This should not happen.
