Alice in Chains fans.... answer this rumor?

So I have been hearing rumors that when Alice in Chains release their next album sometime this year, the band will no longer be called "Alice in Chains" ... According to Jerry Cantrell the band is not Alice in Chains without Layne and I agree.

Do you think the band will change their name?
Ironix, I know they are still Alice in Chains, what I'm saying is that its rumored that their name will not be Alice in Chains on their next album.
 
Like you said, its not a band without layne. they will probably still sort of kind of maybe go by alice in chains. prolly something gay like AIC
