All my fat goes to my stomach??!! Please help!!!!!!!!!?

Everything about me is skinny except for my stomach!! Why is this????! How do I fix it? My stomach is very wide and especially my lower stomach is like buldging out!! Help!! I'm 14 years
Old....
My doctor would yell at me, because
I use to have an eating disorder but now I'm around 82 pounds and 5ft
