All of my downloaded files goes to my BACKUP FOLDER NOT IN MY LOCAL DISK FOLDER.?

My local disk still has a 71GB memory and my backup is almost out. How do I change that?? I want my downloaded files to go through my LOCAL DISK FOLDER not in my backup folder.

Pls help!!
Pls help me step by step on how to download files directly into my LOCAL FOLDER not into my BACKUP.
