I have Windows Vista on a 64-bit computer.
Recently, about a month ago, my P2P programs all started not to work, my frostwire couldn't connect and my uTorrent wouldn't accept any peers. I looked around and many tell me it's due to firewalls and such so I uninstalled my norton and disabled my windows firewall but still no luck. Can anyone help me out?
