My son who is now 8 months old was 6 week premature. It all stated about 3 months ago when his pcp did a urinalysis because he spiked a fever out of no where one day ( he does have kidney reflux in both kidneys). In that urinalysis they discovered billiruben in his urine (she said she didn't know what it ment) I took him to his G.I. doc (he also suffers from SEVERE acid reflux). They did a LFT on him only because I pressured for it. Well his ALT came back elevated along with another thing(not sure what it is). Checked it two weeks later and it had come down some. They just tested again (its been a month). His ALT went from 45 to 41 now. The other one is a 39 they said "normal" is a 35. They just said we will check it again in another month. I'm at a loss. I'm not sure if it ties in with the fact that the last month None of his poop is consistent at all. Never the same color twice or the same consistency (sorry for the extra details) and on top of that he's NORMALLY a happy baby. But lately he just screams. He still wakes up 3 times a night. I just need some advice if anyone has any. Thanks
