HOW TO UPLOAD TO ZIPPYSHARE AND SENDSPACE
*Remember that Zippyshare files are only good for 60days after the last download. For those who don't understand what this means, I can only explain with an example:
a) Pretend Jane is the last person to download a Zippyshare file. Pretend she did this on 30 April 2016
b) After that date, no one else downloaded that file.
c) According to Zippyshare's policy, this file will be deleted forever and the link will be invalid 60 days after 30 April 2016, meaning on 30 June 2016, that zippyshare link will be dead and the file at that link will be deleted by the Zippyshare owners/employees.
*Sendspace has the same policy, but their policy is 30 days instead of 60. This means that if we use the same example of Jane above, the link will be dead on 30 May 2016 if no one else downloads the file after Jane did so on 30 April 2016.
* Assumes you are using windows and chrome. Example below is windows-based and chrome. Example below uses a fake example with a fake file called "apple pie recipe.docx".
*If you are not windows user, I cannot help you or teach you. the steps below should also work in firefox. If you don't understand what I mean, I cannot help you either because I really cannot make my examples any simpler.
ZIPPYSHARE UPLOAD
1) Download the files.
2) Put them somewhere you can see on your desktop. I suggest making a new folder on your desktop called "uploads" and put all files that you want to mirror inside that folder
3) Go to www(dot)zippyshare(dot)com. Do this by typing in the address in a new tab in your browser.
4) Change (dot) to a real dot/period/full stop when inputting the address to the address bar of your browser.
5) Look for the word browse on the right hand side. It is inside a beige button.
6) click that word and you get a pop-up.
7) In that pop-up, choose the file on your desktop that you want to upload. In our example, it is the apple pie recipe document. choose that file.
8) when you have do so, the place called "file name" in the pop-up will display name of the apple pie recipe document. this display rectangle is at the bottom of the pop-up. make sure it says the file name or you will fail in the upload attempt.
9) when you have done step 8 correctly, hit the "open" button. the pop up will now close and you will be back in the zippyshare page
10) notice that the zippyshare page now says the name of the apple pie recipe document somewhere on it. please look for it. it must be there, if it isn't, it means you did something wrong and must start from the beginning
11) assuming you did step 10 correctly and you see the file name of the file you want to upload on the zippyshare page, now look for the "start upload" button and click it.
12) wait for upload to start and finish. it can take a very long time if your connection is poor. be patient.
13) when upload finishes you will see the download link in 2 places. in a small rectacngle underneath the name of the file you have just uploaded. And you will see it in a big white rectangle somewhere further down the page.
14) go to smaller rectangle where the link is.
15) select it and copy/cut it
16) come back to this website where games are shared
17) paste the link in a comment here and hit enter. then type the name of the file so that people will know what this link is for.
18) after you do that, do the captcha thingy to post your comment
19) if done correctly, your comment will appear and you have uploaded and shared a file.
SENDSPACE UPLOAD
1) Download the files.
2) Put them somewhere you can see on your desktop. I suggest making a new folder on your desktop called "uploads" and put all files that you want to mirror inside that folder
3) Go to www(dot)sendspace(dot)com. Do this by typing in the address in a new tab in your browser.
4) Change (dot) to a real dot/period/full stop when inputting the address to the address bar of your browser.
5) Look for the word browse on the right hand side. It is inside a blue or green button. Colour of button depends on your browser and your country.
6) Click that word and you get a pop-up.
7) In that pop-up, choose the file on your desktop that you want to upload. In our example, it is the apple pie recipe document. choose that file.
8) When you have do so, the place called "file name" in the pop-up will display name of the apple pie recipe document. this display rectangle is at the bottom of the pop-up. make sure it says the file name or you will fail in the upload attempt.
9) When you have done step 8 correctly, hit the "open" button. the pop up will now close and you will be back in the sendspace page
10) Notice that the sendspace page now says the name of the apple pie recipe document somewhere on it. please look for it. it must be there, if it isn't, it means you did something wrong and must start from the beginning
11) Assuming you did step 10 correctly and you see the file name of the file you want to upload on the sendspace now look for the "upload" button and click it.
12) Wait for upload to start and finish. it can take a very long time if your connection is poor. be patient.
13) When upload finishes scroll down. when you do this, read everything carefully and stop scrolling when you come to the words "download page link"
14) Notice that it has the download link there. Next to the download link is a button that says "copy link". click it
15) If done correctly, that button will now say "copied"
16) Come back to this website where games are shared
17) paste the link in a comment here and hit enter. then type the name of the file so that people will know what this link is for.
18) after you do that, do the captcha thingy to post your comment
19) if done correctly, your comment will appear and you have uploaded and shared a file.
