I94 by 40days.how wil dis affect me? The problem started when i applied for the extention b4 it expired.I didn't know the processing time was 3months.I stipulated an extention for 3weeks.On calling Customer service I wanted to leave,the lady said I had to wait till the decision on my case was made.I waited till feb. only to receive a notice from immigration that my i94 has been extented till december 27th 2008. The initial date I put.My visa expires 2017.How will this affect my re-entering for business later this year?
