Am I eating enough each day? I haven't been feeling well lately...? A simple yes/no

would be great.? I eat two pieces of bread (no butter or anything) for breakfast. Sometimes I skip, or eat five saltines.

For lunch, usually pretzels and a fruit or vegetable. A sandwich, with two slices of roast beef and mustard. Somtimes I can only eat half of it, or none at all because it nauseates me.

For dinner, usually half a piece of chicken, some vegetables, a slice of bread, and a piece of fruit.

I drink one can of Ginger ale a day to settle my stomach.

Food has lately been nauseating me and I haven't been able to eat a lot. My stomach has been growling a lot lately, but when I go to eat, foods I used to love make me feel sick. I have medical problems that put me in a lot of pain (I am going to the doc, in the process of getitng a diagnosis), but in the meantime what can I do? I don't want to starve myself, and OTC doesn't put a dent in the pain and such.
