Am i gay.. or this all natural..?

well im a 14year old male and within the last month iv had alot of thoughts of bein gay.. personally i hate the way i look abd im tryna change, im nt afraid to ACT gay with mates as well all my mates do it as a JOKE..! But, lately iv had of thoughts, i mightve seen a guy and thought hes gd lookin, is dis right? iv seen skinnier guyz and thought to myself that i wish i was like dem.. iv thought of havin sex with male but i know for a fact i wud NEVER want to or will.. im not a virgin, i lost my virginity in june with my ex and kind of regret it, i sed im nt gnna have sex till im married.. tbh my past with girlfrends isbt very gd, why am i feelig this way.. isit just part of puberty?

Could be just a phase.
Anyone can tell if someone is good looking or not, Doesn't mean you're attracted to them lol.
And i think everyone thinks, "what if" at one point in time.
